Reflexology
Classical reflexology supplemented with Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) and Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD). Through targeted pressure on reflexes in the feet and hands I support the body in restoring balance — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

A structured, personal approach.
During the first appointment, we conduct a comprehensive assessment, discussing your health (past and present), lifestyle, and any symptoms. Based on this, we develop a treatment plan together. At the start of each follow-up appointment, we evaluate your current situation and see whether adjustments to the treatment plan are needed.

Appointments are scheduled generously so there is time for the intake, the actual treatment, and concrete advice afterwards. No conveyor belt — every appointment receives the attention it needs.
About me Qualifications & membership
Registered with ProVoet, AoR, and ART.
For pedicure I am registered with ProVoet, the Dutch professional organisation. For reflexology I am a full member of the British Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and a registered ART member (Advanced Reflexology Techniques). I also practise Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD). Continuous professional development, a professional code of ethics, and strict hygiene standards underpin my work.

PediReflex is based at Het Huis van Bravocado, a multidisciplinary practice where various (health) professionals work together under one roof. You will find the practice on Forellendaal, at the Passage Kraayenstein in The Hague. Free parking is available on site and on the surrounding streets.
