Two disciplines, one calm practice.
Pedicure and reflexology — available separately or combined. Read below what I can do for you.
Professional foot care, preventive and curative.
Good foot care is essential for mobility, comfort, and overall health. In my practice I provide professional pedicure treatments aimed at both treating and preventing foot conditions.
What I can help you with
All treatments are carried out with a medical, hygienic, and patient-centred approach — adjusted to your individual situation.
- Excessive hard skin (callus / hyperkeratosis)
- Corns and pressure-related pain
- Ingrown or painful toenails
- Thickened, discoloured, or fungal nails
- Nail care when you are no longer able to cut your own nails
- General foot complaints or reduced mobility affecting self-care
When Is a Medical Pedicure Required?
In accordance with ProVoet guidelines, certain conditions require treatment by a medical pedicurist due to an increased risk of complications. A medical pedicure is advised if you have, for example:
- Diabetes
- Circulatory or vascular disorders
- Rheumatic conditions
- Neurological disorders affecting the feet
- An increased risk of wounds or delayed healing
- Reduced sensation in the feet
If during assessment it becomes clear that your foot health requires medical pedicure care, this will be discussed with you and appropriate referral will be made. Patient safety and long-term foot health are always the priority.
Through the feet and hands, for the whole body.
Reflexology is a natural therapy in which targeted pressure on reflexes in the feet or hands stimulates the whole body to come into balance — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
How reflexology works
Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. Reducing stress in people's lives can play a key role in optimising good health and building resilience.
The entire body — every organ, gland, and body part — is connected via nerve pathways, blood vessels, lymph and energy channels to specific reflexes in the feet and hands. By stimulating these reflexes with a range of techniques, I support the body's natural ability to find balance.
- Stress & tensionDeep relaxation, better sleep, a calmer mind.
- Balance & energySupport for fatigue and energetic imbalances.
- DigestionSupport for digestive complaints and general wellbeing.
- Hormonal balanceSupport for menstrual, peri- or menopausal concerns.
- Foot pain & conditionsSupport for painful foot conditions, such as plantar fasciitis.
Please note: reflexology is not a replacement for medical care. If you have health concerns, always consult your GP first.
Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART)
Alongside classic reflexology I practise Advanced Reflexology Techniques — also known as Focused Reflexology. A deeper technique in which specific, persistent complaints are addressed in a more targeted and intensive way through precise hand movements.
ART is particularly effective for chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, and physical tension where standard reflexology offers less traction. During the intake we discuss whether this technique is appropriate for you.

Drainage
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
Reflexology Lymph Drainage, developed by Sally Kay, is a specific reflexology technique that addresses the lymphatic system through reflexes in the feet. A targeted, rhythmic sequence of movements supports lymphatic flow.
RLD is applied internationally — including for lymphoedema following breast cancer treatment — as well as for more general concerns around fluid retention and the lymphatic system. I added this technique to my practice in 2020. More information: reflexologylymphdrainage.co.uk.
